Winger's Unplugged Montage

Ever Since Tomorrow is typically a five member band playing good ol' rock-n-roll. Occasionally, a couple of the band members will perform in different venues with acoustic versions of their music. Here is a sampling of the 2 hours of music Jenna, Donny and Robert played at Winger's on July 22nd. Please enjoy the warm greeting from one of our biggest supporters and fans prior to the final song on this video.

Faithfully

We changed things up a bit with Cody on keys and Robert filling in on bass. Hope you enjoy.

Summer 2011 Concerts

We had an awesome Summer starting with the Make-A-Wish foundation's Urban Challenge After Party on June 25th. We also had a great 4th of July weekend with a concert on the Quarry Stage on the 3rd and the Park City 4th of July Celebration at City Park where we were the final band to perform on the 4th. What a great audience that was! Ever Since Tomorrow enjoyed an appearance on Park City TV's Mountain Views and KPCW's Randy Barton show. The band concluded the Summer working on recording their first EP.

The War Inside

The War Inside
Music by: Donovan Colton
Lyrics by: Donovan Colton

Verse 1:

You see the darkness in a tunnel of illuminating light
I’m sitting by your side
Thinking how I’m going to make it through the night
I see the conflict in your eyes
How long have we been living in this lie
As I look at you, you look at me, and now I can finally see
The war inside your head

Verse 2:

Tomorrow is today and today is yesterday
Like a vulture flying near just waiting for it’s prey
I’m going like a racecar going out of control
I’m looking at you, asking for your help
But all I can see
Is the war inside your head

Chorus:

I see the guns in battle, the explosions and the darkness falls around
I look at you, you look at me, and now I can finally see
I close my eyes and hold on tight and wish for a happy landing
But I open my eyes and stop the dream and now I can finally see
The war inside your head

Verse 3:

Drowning hopelessly in this endless sea
Getting closer to the air that we can’t reach
Falling under the waves hoping to be saved
Really wish I could make this better

Chorus:

Solo:

Pre-Chorus:

You see the darkness in a tunnel of illuminating light
I’m sitting by your side, just waiting for the fight

Chorus:

Burn the Seas
Music by: Donovan Colton
Lyrics by: Jenna Colton with Donovan Colton

Verse 1:

We’re driving 'round with the windows rolled down
Running circles around this little town
You say you’ve outgrown this old place
You’re tired of people following your every little trace
You say there’s so much in this world to see
Let’s leave this town, come on just you and me
We’ll burn the seas

Chorus 1:

People say we’re too young and reckless
Yet there you stand outside my window
Let’s run away just you and me
We’ll burn the seas for all eternity

Verse 2:

You call me up and say tonight’s the night
Don’t stop, don’t look behind, we aren’t turning back
We’ll run, come on we’ll race the sun
Close your eyes, let’s enjoy this ride

Chorus 1:

Bridge:

We can’t listen to what they say
When they say we’re still too young
Let your heart lead what you feel
Don’t let your mind cloud up with doubt
Who are they to change what we believe
Are they scared of the unknown
Just stick with me we’ll chase our dreams

Chorus 2:

People say were we're too young and reckless
Yet here I climb out of my window
We'll run away just you and me
We'll burn the seas for all eternity

Chorus 3:

Can't listen to what people say
When they say we're too young and reckless
We'll run away just you and me
We'll burn the seas for all eternity

Becoming Undefined

Verse 1

You’re gone to me, you’re not breathing
I’ve lost you and it’s not my fault
I watched you leave this ghost town
Nothing but pain to bring you down

Verse 2

You’ve been through war and fire
That doesn’t mean you run away
I’ve seen your pain and sorrow
It’s a shame that you can’t see tomorrow,
no tomorrow, oh, oh, oh, no tomorrow

Chorus

I see you, becoming undefined, becoming undefined.
Back in the day, you were the warrior.
Cuz of this you’re burnt to the core.
Deep inside you’re no longer on fire.
How can you do this, lose your desire.
Becoming undefined.

Chorus
